Research Overview
Internet Computing is the domain of distributed computing connecting heterogeneous and dispersed network resources through publicly shared communication medium. Shared nature of Internet implicitly poses many non-trivial research challenges, such as; security, performance, quality of services etc. We at ICNS are determined to resolve these issues.
We are working on a number of research projects in the domain of Web Services, Grid Systems, Temematics and WiBro
to enhance the network performance and security.

Ongoing Projects
Web2.0 Mashup on Grid
Ubiquitous Social Networking Engine Development
Data Grid for GEOSS
Sensor Grid on Ubiquitous environment
Data Transmission Technology for Silvercare on USN
Anomalies Detection on BcN using Agents (Security)
National eScience for Weather Information System (Grid Computing)
Ubiquitous Information Dissemination (Web Services)
